Comments:
This is a semi-double cluster-flowering camellia that produces hot pink flowers. It blooms over a long period and is reported to be quite cold hardy. As with all camellias scale insects can sometime be a problem and tend to be especially troublesome when plants are growing under stressful conditions. Camellias should be protected from the hot afternoon sun during the summer months. For camellias provide a moist, fertile soil that is well drained. They cannot tolerate heavy, wet soils.
